Dear M. Bustos,
Re: My Enclosed Letter to Prime Minister Harper on his Promise to Repeal the Firearms Act
As you will note from my enclosed letter, we wrote to Mr. Harper a month ago.
We asked that Mr. Harper keep his promise to Canadians to the repeal the entire Firearms Act and replace that unconstitutional law with just, effective legislation.
We also requested a meeting with Mr. Harper where he would deliver a signed pledge that he will honour the Conservative Party of Canada Policy to respect “the rights of law-abiding Canadians to own and use firearms responsibly” as adopted by the Conservative Party of Canada members in Convention in Montréal in March 2005.
We further requested that Mr. Harper provide a draft of the repealing legislation to the delegates and members of the Conservative Party of Canada at the first day of the Convention in Calgary on Thursday, 27 June 2013.
To date we have not received any type of reply.
As the Conservative Party WebSite indicates on its “Countdown to Convention”, it is only 8117 hours until we meet in Calgary.
Therefore, we would like to ask that you immediately call our letter to Mr. Harper’s attention.
We appreciate your consideration.
We look forward to your reply.
